Pillars of SCA
At Southwest Christian Academy, we are committed to providing a Christ-centered educational experience that empowers families through the flexibility and freedom of homeschooling. We offer a unique blend of in-person learning and at-home education to support both academic excellence and spiritual growth.

Classroom Learning
Our students gather on campus twice a week for engaging grade-level classes led by experienced, qualified tutors. We keep class sizes small to foster individualized attention, ensuring that each child thrives in an academic environment grounded in biblical values.

Homeschool Freedom
To empower families in their homeschooling journey, we provide comprehensive lesson plans for at-home days. These plans ensure a smooth transition between in-person sessions and home study, offering both structure and flexibility. We believe in maintaining academic rigor while allowing parents to nurture their children's education according to their unique needs.

Parent control
We recognize that parents are the primary educators, and we wholeheartedly support them in this crucial role. Our goal is to enrich and supplement your homeschooling experience, providing resources, guidance, and community, but respecting your God-given right to direct your child's education.
Christ-centered community and support for Homeschoolers
A Christ-Centered Community for Homeschoolers
Southwest Christian Academy is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting families in Temecula and surrounding areas. We aim to build a vibrant, Christ-centered community where homeschool families can connect, share experiences, and grow together.
Our students benefit from high-quality curricula in Bible, English, History, Science, and Math, all approached from a biblical perspective. We offer a flexible four-day school week, with Fridays reserved for family time and personal projects.

How It Works

-
In-Person Classes: Students attend class twice a week, where they engage in hands-on learning led by skilled tutors. These classes are designed to be interactive, fostering both academic and personal growth.

-
Home Learning: On non-class days, parents are the primary educators, using the lesson plans we provide. This structure helps families stay on track while maintaining the flexibility homeschooling offers.

-
Curriculum: Each year, we provide a list of recommended materials to help families prepare. Parents purchase the required curriculum, and our tutors provide ongoing support with lesson plans each month.
