How we started
Christ-Centered Hybrid Homeschool
Southwest Christian was started by two homeschool moms on a mission to find a program that provided a classroom experience while maintaining the freedom and flexibility that we enjoy as homeschool families. We were on the hunt to find a Christian program that allowed us to be the primary educator while still instilling the Christian values and academic support we desired. We searched high and low and after much prayer decided to start our own non-profit program.​

What started as a single 4th grade class quickly expanded into a full 3 year old (Minis) through 4th grade program- with plans to expand soon!

Our focus as a program is always the relationship our students build with Jesus followed by our community and academics. What seems like a lofty goal is the reason we strive everyday to improve our program each day.
